My wanderlust started in hot summers in the ’60s when my parents would pack the family into our un-airconditioned VW bus and set out on freestyle vacations.
One was to the Grand Canyon. It was so hot one night in New Mexico we slept on a concrete picnic table at a rest stop.
Another was to the nation’s capital. Ever since then, I have enjoyed experiencing new places and sharing them with others.
My dad was a photography enthusiast and built a darkroom behind our home, where he taught photography workshops. I had a free run of the lab, where I developed and printed photographs.
I enjoy mixing exploration and photography to share adventures, passions born when I was young and still enjoy today.
